Navigating System Optimiser

System Optimiser features a clearly defined workflow to enable the creation of system designs efficiently and intuitively. :ref:`View Modes` allow for the layout of the software to be changed to target specific tasks as part of a complex system design. These layouts are made up of :ref:`Panels` - a selection of toolboxes for interacting with components of the system design, from manipulating venue geometry to designing :ref:`sources<manipulatingsources>`.
The :ref:`GUI` is able to be customised by the user, including the creation of :ref:`Custom View Modes`, and :ref:`Panels` arranged in an unlimited number of :ref:`discreet System Optimiser windows`.
