Removing or Downgrading System Optimiser

Downgrading System Optimiser generally does not require any special procedures, because it is a portable application. Multiple different versions can be installed at the same time without interfering with each other thanks to the Data Version Managed (DVM).

However, we strongly recommend against downgrading (except if you are downgrading from a prerelease version like a beta to a stable public version).

Because System Optimiser is a portable application without an installer, the following folders must be deleted manually if you wish to uninstall System Optimiser:

MacOS

/Users/yourusername/Library/Application Support/system-optimiser-ui

Windows

C:/Users/yourusername/AppData/Roaming/system-optimiser-ui

Linux
