Removing or Downgrading System Optimiser

Downgrading System Optimiser generally does not require any special procedures - simply install the older version in place of the current one. Datasets are managed independently of the application version by the Data Version Manager (DVM).

However, we recommend against downgrading (except if you are downgrading from a pre-release version like a beta to a stable public version).

To uninstall System Optimiser:

MacOS

Delete coda-system-optimiser.app from your Applications folder.

Windows

Uninstall System Optimiser via Settings -> Apps -> Installed apps (or Control Panel -> Programs and Features).

Uninstalling does not remove your settings and downloaded datasets. If you wish to remove these as well, delete the following folder:

MacOS

/Users/yourusername/Library/Application Support/system-optimiser-ui

Windows

C:/Users/yourusername/AppData/Roaming/system-optimiser-ui
